Alexa Cardello
Alexa Cardello is a local real estate investor and managing partner of Dello Investments, a company that buys houses for cash in and around the Chicago area. She began her real estate journey in 2021 when her best friend and now business partner, Karen, asked her to join forces. Since then, Alexa has been dedicated to helping homeowners find simple, stress-free solutions when it comes time to sell.
What sets Alexa apart is her transparency, honesty, and neighborly approach. She and her team aren’t some out-of-town operation—they live and work in the same communities where they buy. Sellers can count on quick offers, a straightforward process, and a friendly experience without hidden fees or unnecessary stress.
Originally from Maryland, Alexa has called Chicago home for years and takes pride in working directly with the people in her community. Before entering real estate, she served in the Army for 10 years, moving frequently and experiencing firsthand the challenges that come with uprooting and starting fresh. That experience fuels her passion today: helping others transition smoothly when a house no longer fits their life.
Outside of work, Alexa enjoys all types of music and loves to dance—two outlets that bring energy and joy into her daily life. She believes that selling a house shouldn’t feel overwhelming, and her goal is to give homeowners peace of mind and a fair, honest option so they can move forward and live their best lives.
Karen Rodriguez
Karen is a licensed real estate broker and investor, and co-founder of Dello Investments. She began her real estate career in 2016 after earning her license as an agent in California. While she enjoyed helping clients buy and sell, she quickly discovered that the investment side of real estate allowed her to make an even bigger impact. In 2021, Karen partnered with her longtime friend Alexa Cardello to focus on investing in the Chicago market.
At Dello Investments, Karen wears many hats. In the office, she spends much of her time on the company’s website, making sure homeowners who want a cash offer can easily find the help they need. Out in the field, she works side by side with Alexa to manage active rehabs, and when a property is ready, she puts her broker’s license to work by listing the homes for sale.
Karen’s approach is simple: meet sellers where they are, listen to their needs, and create win-win solutions. She is committed to being flexible, friendly, and transparent—always putting the seller’s timeline first. She believes every sale should be mutually beneficial and as stress-free as possible.
Originally from Los Angeles, Karen still visits her family there often. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from CSU Monterey Bay. When she’s not working, Karen has her hands full with her four dogs, who keep her constantly entertained. She’s also a self-proclaimed foodie who loves exploring Chicago’s diverse restaurant scene.
